Flag to Flag Drive pace car
Complete Championship mode to unlock a new pace car in Arcade or High Speed mode.

Completion    Car1st           Toyota Celica       2nd           BMW M33rd           Acura NSX4th           Toyota T100

Flag to Flag Disable opponent
Rear-end your opponent's car in Championship mode. The wing will break and your competitor will be unable to reach maximum speed without first making a pit stop.

(Note: Enable the "No Collision" option, to keep the damage to your car at a minimum.)

Flag to Flag Bonus camera angle
Complete Championship mode, finishing first in every race to unlock an overhead camera view similar to Micro Machines.

Flag to Flag Drive as S. Hattori
Complete Championship mode to unlock the bonus Japanese driver.

Flag to Flag Invariant weather
Hold L + R + Up at the transmission selection screen in Arcade mode. Continue to hold buttons down until the game begins.

Flag to Flag Super Speed mode
Complete Championship mode. The game will remove 20 of the 25 cars (and mirrors in cockpit view) to boost the frame rate to 60fps.

Flag to Flag Rainy weather
Hold L + R + Down at the transmission selection screen in Arcade mode. Continue to hold buttons down until the game begins.
