Final Fantasy Legend II Sound Test
To access the sound test hold Select + B + and Start on the Title Screen.

Final Fantasy Legend II Regenerating Robots
When robots are equipped with unlimited use items, such as armor, their current HP goes up.  If you have a spare piece of armor, just keep switching the two until his life is full.  In this way your robots will save you money when going to an Inn, and will never require the use of cure potions.

Final Fantasy Legend II Get the Glass Sword
When your party enters the "Mean, Nasty dungeon," grab the Pegasus Magi. Go far, far into the dungeon. Pick up every chest you see. Inside one is the glass sword. It is amazingly powerful but can only be used once and then it shatters. It is best if used on Apollo at the end of the game.

Final Fantasy Legend II Save Money
1. Acquire the spell, "cure".
2. Before sleeping, use the "cure" spell (not item) to heal your party to full.
3. Go to the inn and you can sleep for free to get your abilities back (aquired spells ex: cure, fire, ice, and thunder). Inns charge by the party's total amount of HP that needs to be healed. The abilities get healed for free ;-)

Final Fantasy Legend II Get the Seven Sword
After you defeat Apollo in the Celestial Temple, you will be able to find the Seven Sword. To get the sword you must find the Hanawas that you encountered in the center of the Earth. You will eventually receive the sword after fighting a few of them. Be Patient, there is only a 1-64 chance of finding it on each Hanawa.

Final Fantasy Legend II Agility Power Up
In the "Final Dungeon" area, one of the treasure chests contains an Agility potion.  When you get to this point, open the item menu and "use" the trash can on one of your characters.  This will cause a two point increase in Agility on that character.  The number of times the trash can can be "used" depends on the number of saves you have on the file screen.  The more saves, the more agility you can get.

Go to the ninth level in the Final Dungeon. Then go to the far right orleft. Follow the path and you will find Xcalibr.

Final Fantasy Legend II Defeating Apollo
Many people seem to have trouble killing Apollo. The truth is, you don't need to. Just give everyone a Heal rod, and something cheap to use, like a Bronze shield or Long sword. Use your cheap item on Apollo until he transforms, then follow his pattern. He casts Flare, then uses Masamune. Have as many people necessary use Heal rod after he uses Flare, then use your cheap item. You don't even have to hit him once. Just do this for approximately 15 rounds, and he'll die on his own. Make sure Dad is alive, or Apollo will explode and kill you.
