Turok: Battle of the Bionosaurs Infinite Lives
Put in the code for the 8th level. Then go back and go through the "Hub" door that leads to the first level. When back at the first level you will see a portal almost above you. Go into it, you will see a shotgun in the air. Go right and shoot the white block on the upside-down L-shaped figure with one of your big guns and go get the 4 lives. Go back throughthe portal and hub-ruin door,then return, repeat.
