Spider-Man: Return of the Sinister Six Level Skip
Do the following when you are in level two, Sandman's lair:

1. Kill the rock thrower.
2. Walk over to the wall on the left.
3. With out backing up, jump and push and hold the left button. You should be able to go straight thru the wall you will fall, and you wont be able to see your self unless you jump. Shoot your web, and keep swinging all the way to the left.

And remember, if at first you don't succeed, try, try, again.
