Lightning Hand: Hold Right, press 1 + 2
Fireball: press 1 + 2

JB REESE:
Charge: Hold Right, press 1 + 2

Flying Attack: in mid-air, press 1 + 2

KAITLIN:
Super Kick: press 1 + 2

TANKOTRON:

VR Troopers Cheat Menu
To access a secret options menu, press Start at the title screen. Then begin rotating the d-pad clockwise. If done correctly, you should hear a chime indicating that the Cheat menu has been activated.

Note: The Cheat menu is located in the Options menu.
