Rampage Level Select
When the character selection screen appears, pause and unpause the game. Select a character and wait for the headlines screen to appear. When it does, hold Option 1 and move the joypad to select a starting level.

Rampage View Programmer
Activate the level select trick. When the newspaper appears, hold Option 1 and select "Day 6". Press Pause twice. Hold Option 1 and select "Day 15". Press Pause twice. To finish, hold Option 1 + Option 2 + B. The game will end, and you will see the programmer.
