Demon Sword Passwords
There is actually a password system in this game, but you need to enter some codes to access it.

To receive a password, hold DOWN and press B, A, B, A on the Game Over Screen.

To access the password entry screen, hold UP and press A, B, A, B on the Title Screen.

The passwords record what stage you are on, along with all the items and power-ups you have collected.
