Siren Unlockable: Time attack mode
Complete the game with the first ending. At the stage select screen press SQUARE to play Time Attack.

Siren Unlockable: Hidden movie
Complete the game with the second ending and collect all 99 archive items to unlock the 100th item. Go to the stage select screen and move the cursor to the upper right corner. There is a cinema that takes place in 684 AD showing the fate of the alien visitor.

Siren Unlockable: Brain Cell Revival Game
Find Archive item #087 Kyoya Sudo's stage, Day 3, 03:00. The game becomes available from the main menu.
