Battletoads / Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team Homing Torpedo
In Level 4-1 and 4-2, you can shoot a homing torpedo. Hold the B or X Button and lock on an enemy. When the target says "Lock," let go of the B or X Button.

At the character select screen press Up, Down, Down, Up, X, B, Y, A, then choose your character.
