7. You can either get a power apple or a special egg that stops hurricanes from happening. It's much better to get the egg in the first year and the power apple in the second year. Just win the egg festival and you will get either one.
Harvest Moon [Virtual Console] Hint: Double Vision
When you have a full grown cow and a full grown chicken, take one of each and put them in the shipping area for livestock then go down to the livestock dealer. Tell him you want to sell a cow & a chicken then go back to your ranch. If it worked properly you should have 2 livestock dealers, one in front of each other. One of them will buy 1 of the 2 animals while the other one stands there dead as a door-knob.
Harvest Moon [Virtual Console] Hint: Gather Fruit and Earn Some Loot
In any season go to the mountains and get a fruit. If it is Sunday go to the peddler and sell it. If it's another day then you can put it in the shipping box but you'll get $50 less.
Harvest Moon [Virtual Console] Hint: Invisible Chickens
First acquire the super sickle. Next, use it next to a sleeping chicken and press A. If it works, the sickle will disappear and your hands will go up like you're holding something. Throw it down and go to bed. You will have a chicken on your head. The next morning check your notes to discover that it says you have the same number of chickens as before. Go to your chicken coop and you will appear to have one less chicken - feed the empty space and your new invisible chicken will still lay eggs!
Harvest Moon [Virtual Console] Hint: Free Chickens
It will cost you money to buy your first chicken. Once you have a chicken you must feed it hay every day and it will lay an egg. If you miss a day of feeding the chicken, it won't lay eggs for 3 days! To get more chickens instead of buying them you can put an egg on the thing (Editor's note: possibly an incubator) in the bottom right-hand corner. Come back in three days and it will be a baby chicken. A week later it will be big enough to lay eggs. If you put baby chickens in house so you don't have to feed them wait a week and they will be big enough to lay eggs.
Harvest Moon [Virtual Console] Hint: Full Power
To restore full power, go to the mountain and jump in the springs several times.
Harvest Moon [Virtual Console] Hint: Money Tip
Everyone knows if you use the hoe on the ground you will eventually find money, either a coin or a bag. The coin is worth $10 and the bag is worth $50. You can only get one of these a day, so remember to use your free time to plow for them every day. When you get the gold plow you'll find the money even faster. Keep in mind that you can search the same place over and over and it will still work.
Harvest Moon [Virtual Console] Hint: Time Saving Tip
At the end of spring or summer, about 1 or 2 days before the next season, buy about 5 or so bags of seed for the next summer or spring. This way you don't have to go to the florist the next time you have to plant any seeds.
Harvest Moon [Virtual Console] Hint: Girls Love Faster
To get the girls to love you faster, first you must wait for the season when they ask you a question, such as Nina says "Do you like Flowers" and answer them the way you think they would like to hear. If you do this efficiently for an entire day the girl will be ready for marriage the next day, with her incident!

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards [Virtual Console] Unlockable: Minigame Difficulty Levels
Unlocking varying minigame difficulties is simple enough. Simply beat the difficulty level before the difficulty level you're looking to unlock in order for the higher difficulty level to become available. So, for instance, if you beat the easy difficulty level, then normal difficulty will become unlocked for the minigame in question. Defeating the normal difficulty will then subsequently unlock Hard, and so on and so forth.

Kirby's Adventure (Virtual Console) Cheat: Five 1-Ups
In Rainbow Resort, level 2, jump or fly up to the ledge above the entrance door. Stand directly over the door, then fly up. You will enter a secret, hidden door. You skip the first three mini-bosses, and after beating the last one (fireball lion), you will enter a secret room with five 1-ups. Enter the door to your right to end the level.
Link's Crossbow Training Hint: Scarecrows
While playing through some of the target practice levels in the game, you may see a Scarecrow. Shoot it in the chest as many times as you can when it appears, a minimum of eight times, and you will hear a bell chime. When this occurs, the head of the Scarecrow will get bigger. Shoot the head to get a quick 1,000 points.
Now, if you did this correctly, later on any given stage, a second Scarecrow will appear. Repeat the same process on this one as you did on the first one, shooting it at least eight times in the chest and then shooting its head. If you do this, when the screen changes for a third and final time on the stage you're on, a new level will appear instead of the normal third leg of the stage you're on. More points will be available here.
Link's Crossbow Training Hint: Platinum Medals
Platinum Medals seem nearly unobtainable in many stages throughout the game. The prime way to build up your points to "platinum levels" is to simply rack up large streaks of hits without missing. Otherwise, you will have considerable difficulty in getting Platinum Medals everywhere.
Link's Crossbow Training Hint: Tri-Force
Make sure to never miss a target while you're playing through a level. Not only will this build your own point total higher, but if you reach the end of the stage without missing, a 5,000 point Tri-Force will be presented to you.
Link's Crossbow Training Hint: Ignore the Zapper
This is a pretty obvious hint, but one worth stating nonetheless. While this game comes with the zapper peripheral, the game is much easier and more manageable by using the Wiimote and nunchuck as they are, without the peripheral. This is especially good to know if you're going for the extremely difficult Platinum Medals on each stage.
Link's Crossbow Training Hint: Orange Crystals
As you've already mentioned in another hint, there are extra points that can be acquired by breaking pots, barrels, skulls and the like. However, pay close attention as you break these objects, as sometimes Orange Crystals lurk within. These will reward you with extra points, in the range of 200-800 points per crystal.
Correction by Colin Moriarty: If you shoot a jar or other object and a gold coin comes out, shoot the gold coin immediately. They're worth 1,000 points if shot immediately, and as the coin floats down, it becomes worth less and less, until it's worth next-to-nothing.
Link's Crossbow Training Hint: Scarecrow Points
For a quick 3,000 points on any given level, hit any scarecrow ten consecutive times in the chest. Then, hit him once in the head. If done correctly, you'll net 3,000 points.
Link's Crossbow Training Hint: Medal Breakdown
Here's a score breakdown for the game. You can earn the medal listed by scoring the appropriate amount of points on any series of stages.

Phantasy Star II [Virtual Console] Hint: Final Dungeon
In the final dungeon called Noah you can use Kain, the wreckers, magic against the enemies even though they are NOT mechanical. Normally Kain can NOT use his magic against biological creatures, but in Noah he can use all of his magic. This makes defeating the bosses Dark Force and Mother Brain much easier because Kain can use his magic NaGaj which does 150 damage. Therefore the best way to defeat Dark Force and Mother Brain is as follows:
Phantasy Star II [Virtual Console] Hint: Power Boosts
Every character has "power boost" levels, in which his or her stats (such as HP or Agility) raise dramatically (sometimes 20 or more!) To ensure the highest attributes for each character, save the game before a character raises to a "power boost" level. Because the numbers his/her attributes increase by are random, reset the game if you aren't happy with the new statistics.
Here is a list of the "power boost" levels for each character.

Super Mario Bros. 3 [Virtual Console] Hint: Extra Lives
Go to the first T shaped pipes in world 1-2. You need to have a tail so you can float in the air. There will be little goombas coming out of the right end of the pipe. Go on to the ground near where all the goombas are coming out. Let three or four come out before you do anyhting. Then jump on one of them so you bounce up into the air. When you are coming down from that jump land on another one, and after you hit that land on another one. Keep doing this so you never touch the ground. Once you hit one goomba, you will want to flap your tail so that you will provide more time for more goombas to come from the pipe. Once you have stomped on eight in a row, you will get a one-up for every kill on after that.
Super Mario Bros. 3 [Virtual Console] Hint: World One to World Eight
Here's the most seamless way to get from the first world to the eighth (final) world of the game.
1.) Play until you get to Level 1-3. Here, you should dash to the end of the level until you get to a white platform near the end. Stand atop it, hold down until you "fall behind it", and run to the end of the level. You'll acquire a Warp Whistle.
2.) Play from there until you reach the World One Fortress. Make sure you're Raccoon Mario as you traverse the stage (ignoring the Fire Flower you are offered). At the end, you can go through a door, or you can fly high above and over the door. When you do, run to the right (you won't see your character) and press Up to enter a secret room. Within is another Warp Whistle.
3.) Now, select one of the Warp Whistles from your menu and use it. But don't select a destination world! Instead, use a Warp Whistle, your second, right after you use the first. This will allow you to access the eighth and final world of the game.

To beat the second board of level 8 easily, just swim under the boats until you reach the end.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Unlockable: Zero Suit Samus
There are two methods to acquiring Zero Suit Samus. The first and easiest method is to hold down the R button (on the GameCube or Classic controllers) or the B button (on the Wiimote) from the stage select screen. Hold down R, select Samus, select your stage, and then release the R button. You should start the battle not as "armored" Samus, but Zero Suit Samus.
The other method is if you decide to start the battle as regular Samus. You can switch to Zero Suit Samus by quickly pressing up and down repeatedly extremely fast on the d-pad. This is difficult to do, and can't be done on the Wiimote (since the A button only provides one taunt, and there's no other equivalent). If you do this, keep in mind that you can't switch back during the battle to regular "armored" Samus.

After the match begins, you can release the button. If done properly, you'll find yourself not in Mushroomy Kingdom, but in an entirely different stage.
Additionally, if you want the "1-1" version of the stage (the original version), hold down X or Y on the GameCube controller to force the game to choose it.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Unlockable: Hidden Characters
To unlock the characters below, fulfill the requirement listed. If there is a number in parenthesis next to a character, such as "(160)", this signifies that you can also unlock this character simply by playing that many matches in VS. mode. All characters can be unlocked by meeting them in the Subspace Emissary, as well. Keep in mind that you must defeat the unlocked character in a battle to retain him on the roster permanently.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl Unlockable: Rare Trophies
To unlock the rarer trophies listed below, fulfill the requirement listed.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hint: Character Selection
After choosing your character on the character select screen, you can mess around with the characters, which most people know. You can select varying colors for each character and the like. However, there are two characters who have more important character selection options -- Princess Zelda and Pokémon Trainer. For these two characters, you can do more than just select colors. For Zelda, you can choose to start as Zelda or Shiek (simply press one or the other). For Pokémon Trainer, you can select which of his three Pokémon he'll start the battle with.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hint: Easy Character Unlocking
Here's a great way to unlock all of the characters in the game rather effortlessly. It should only take around two hours. Since all of the hidden characters can be unlocked in some way via Brawling (versus mode), you can slant the mode in your favor to do rack up Brawls quickly and effortlessly.
Start by selecting the Special Match mode. Set it to Stamina and Flower modes, and on the character selection screen give the CPU 1 health and your character anything over that amount. (Make sure it's on 1 Life Stock mode). Set the map, at least until you unlock Snake, to Shadow Moses Island. Play with these rules for about two hours and you'll rack up 500 matches in Brawl, more than enough needed to unlock all of the characters. Just remember -- you have to beat the character you're trying to unlock!
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hint: Subspace Emissary 100% Cleared Stage
Want to know if a stage in Subspace Emissary is completely looted/cleared/explored? Check the little green flag on the stage. If there is a green flag on the stage, that means you have not completely explored it for 100%.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hint: Easy Character Unlocking II
If you're in a hurry to just get all the characters out and about, use this method:
You'll have 500 matches in no time and should unlock everyone on the character roster. As a rough indication on how long it takes, I got everyone in less than hour using this method. So for anybody with an hour to spare, this is a great way to do it. Alternately, you could play the mediocre Subspace Emissary, but it's up to you.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hint: 1000 And 5000 Coin Challenge
I see people who still haven't got this challenge completed, so I offer my tips to help you save a golden hammer or two.
Build a stage with platforms directly spikes, set a coin match up for maybe 10 minutes or so, then drop the characters down onto the spikes so they keep bouncing straight up and down between the spikes and platforms.
I managed to get roughly 22,000 coins in 15 minutes using two Sheiks because she seemed to fall faster than Marth.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hint: CD and Sticker Farming
You can turn off all items except the Homerun Contest Sandbag (Punching Bag w/ eyes) and use a custom stage with a conveyor belt and solid block to constantly spawn stickers and CDs (Brawl Mode).
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hint: Rare Pokémon Appearances
There are three rare Pokémon in the game that will appear out of Poké Balls in battle once in every 493 throws (on average). That's about 0.2% of the time. They are Celebi, Jirachi, and Mew.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Easter Egg: Snake's Codec
Here's a really interesting feature to the game that can only be executed by Snake while playing on his stage, Shadow Moses Island. If you have your taunts set to the d-pad on either the Gamecube controller or the Wii controller, press down on the d-pad repeatedly. This must be done extremely fast.
If executed properly, Snake will take a knee and get on his Codec, where he'll speak with familiar characters from the Metal Gear Solid series, including Otacon, Colonel Campbell, and the like. You'll have a completely unique, often humorous conversation with the person on the other end of the Codec depending on who you're fighting. That's right -- there are completely unique conversations for each character, including character variants (Shiek, Zero Suit Samus, the various Pokémon). Give it a try!
Additionally, if Snake is killed when using the Codec, another interesting sequence occurs.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl Easter Egg: Star Fox Conversations
If you're playing on Lylat Cruise with two of the three characters from the Star Fox series (Fox, Falco, or Wolf), you can have a conversation between characters. Press down repeatedly on the d-pad (so long as your taunts are mapped to the d-pad) during the battle, and the conversation should occur. This can only happen on the Lylat Cruise stage, and only with two of the three characters from the Star Fox series on that stage at one time.
Update: The Star Fox conversations can also occur on the old Melee stage Corneria. (Submitted by modesta106)

The Legend of Zelda (Virtual Console) Hint: Save Without Dying
If you want to save anddo not want to take the time to die properly, here's how to do it. Bring up the sub-screen by pressing start on controller 1. Now take controller 2 and press A and any direction on the control pad and the save screen will appear. Please note: the retry selection will not be avilable.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (Virtual Console) Hint: Final Boss Tactics
When you get to the last boss, here's how to defeat him. Hit him a couple of times with your sword. He should throw his dagger at you. Try to avoid it. Do this another time. The third time you do this, he will twirl his dagger. Little fireballs will form around it. The balls will expand. Soon they will turn to fire bats. These bats take away 2 hearts. Try to avoid them. Keep hitting him with your sword. Do this step 3 times. When you finish, his dagger will be gone. Now his usual attack will be a power stomp that lets out a fire bat, that will make fire balls in its path. When he stomps, the floor will cave in on one side. If you drop through this, there will be 2 chests with treasures to help you. He'll stomp 4 times. Then the lights will go out. The 2 torches at the end of the room will go out. Light them with your torch or fire rod to see him. Hit him with your sword, then he will freeze. Quickly equip your bow and silver arrows. Shoot him once. The lights will go out again. Light them a second time to see him again, and hit him with your sword again. Equip your bow and shoot him with a silver arrow. Do this 1 or 2 more times and he will be defeated. A door will open and a bridge will appear. Go in the door to receive the tri-force. You have conquered the game!
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Virtual Console) Hint - Big Poe Locations
This is the weird Ghost Shop guy's quest. He says that once you get a 1000 points on your card, you'll be a happy man. Each Big Poe is worth 100 points, and can be found only in Hyrule Field on horseback.
Some are harder than others, and sometimes you may have to ride through these locations at different angles a few times so you can get your shots off to off them.
You can walk around Hyrule Field and find the locations definitely, but the Poe you encounter on foot will not be Big Poe and will not earn you points.
1. At the sign from Hyrule Castle directing you to Lon Lon Ranch.
2. Near the lone tree just outside of the entrance to Lon Lon Ranch.
3. Exit Hyrule Castle and go to the right near the stream, where all of the black bushes are.
4. Exit Kakariko Village and go near the ledge to the right.
5. The Place where the stone wall turns. Go to the left of Lon Lon Ranch if coming from Hyrule Castle.
6. The boulder where the road splits, between Lon Lon Ranch and the Lost Woods.
7. At a patch of grass along the path from location 6. Pass the boulder going straight from Lost Woods. It is between the lone green tree and the small grove.
8. In the grove of trees described in location 7 but slightly to the right exiting Lake Hylia.
9. The place where the road splits outside of the entrance to Gerudo Valley.
10. The only tree near the entrance to Gerudo Valley and below the ledge.
I hope this helps anyone else who had trouble or hsan't had the chance to have trouble with this particular mission.

ActRaiser [Virtual Console] Hint: Enemy Chart
Below is a list of enemies in the simulation section of the game, and what they do to your town.
ActRaiser [Virtual Console] Hint: Planting Wheat
Once the residents of Bloodpool learn how to plant wheat instead of corn, you can gain an infinite amount of wheat product from them as an offering. Use it on corn fields in other towns to teach them how to plant wheat as well. Wheat will allow populations to grow higher and quicker, since it feeds more people, and can't be destroyed by earthquakes. Therefore, after planting wheat somewhere, cause an earthquake to destroy the corn fields. Thereafter, the residents of the town will replant their crops, but this time, they'll plant wheat. Then, all you have to do is watch your population grow!
ActRaiser [Virtual Console] Hint: Northwall Monster Lairs
It may not be immediately clear, but all enemy lairs can be sealed in snowy Northwall. While the snow and ice around a couple of them cannot be removed, you can still order your residents to seal the lairs over the snow and ice. This is the only town in the game where this can be done.
ActRaiser [Virtual Console] Hint: Utilizing Civilization Level
Usually, a town's civilization level will increase after a certain number of monster lairs are sealed. A higher civilization level allows your residents to build houses that hold more people, from 2, to 4, all the way up to 8. It's a good idea to cause earthquakes in any land when the town reaches its highest civilization level. This will cause all older, weaker structures to be destroyed, but they will be rebuilt using the newer technology. This technique will exponentially increase your population.
ActRaiser [Virtual Console] Hint: Maximize Population
Here's a good way to maximize the populations of your cities. First, you'll want to build a few bridges as possible, since no region can contain more than 128 structures, which include bridges. This is especially important in locations like Bloodpool and Fillmore. Also, score as many points as possible in each action sequence, since population is limited by the score earned. And finally, in Marana, only use the Tablet. Don't use the Compass. Save that for Fillmore.
Adventure Island [Virtual Console] Hint: Unlimited Continues
At the end of the first stage (right before the G sign), go ahead and jump up and down to get an egg. This egg contains a Hudson Bee, which allows for unlimited continues. At any point where you've lost all of your lives, hit any direction on the the arrow key pad, and press Start to continue at the level you ended.

Additions from egonny.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Wisp's Lamp
On some nights after 8, you may run across Wisp. A voice will talk to you when you arrive -- he's always near water. Follow its directions until you find the source of the voice, which is a ghost named Wisp. He tells you that he lost his lamp and needs you to find it (for a pretty reward, of course!) You should then meet him in the attic of your house once the lamp is found. For doing this for him, he'll grant you one wish. You can ask him to clear your town of weeds, clear your town of cockroaches, or give you a randomized item.
You may find the lamp before Wisp appears as you go about your normal wheelings and dealings. If so, you'll know he'll appear somewhere that night to claim it.

Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Tom Nook Points
When you spend money in Tom Nook’s store, you earn a point for every 100 Bells you spend. Purchase the items listed below from Tom Nook for the corresponding amount of points earned.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Selling Mushrooms
Mushrooms are valuable items that can be sold to Tom Nook for Bells. If you happen to find Elegant Mushrooms, you're in luck, because those valuable items are worth a shocking 10,000 Bells a piece.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Money Rocks
Just like in previous Animal Crossing games, there will be a random rock in your town each day that, when found, will give you increasing amounts of Bells. The more you hit it with your equipped shovel, the more Bells you will get. If you want to hit the rock more and more, try digging holes on either side of the rock, as well as one behind you, leaving you trapped between the rock and a uhh ... hole place. This makes it so you don't recoil after hitting the rock, allowing you to button mash the thing until you are swimming in bells.

Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Change Your Face For Free
If you want to change the face of your Mii-based character in Animal Crossing, consider changing your face on the dedicated Mii Channel outside of the game. If you do it in-game, you'll needlessly waste 3,000 Bells that you could otherwise spend on something else.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Winter Fishing
The fish listed below are some great catches to go for during the winter months for massive amounts of Bells.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: The Reset Surveillance Room and the Silver Shovel
Head to the city after 8 p.m. and you may just come across a surprise. Head to the right to where the cones are and one may be moved aside at random. Enter the tunnel and you'll come across Resetti himself in his den of wonders. He'll yell at you as usual and give you a Silver Shovel (which will occasionally double your money when you use it on Money Stones).
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: The Jingle Series
Between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. each Christmas Eve (that's December 24th for you Festivus followers) a reindeer named Jingle will appear in your town. You can get the Jingle Series items from him. He'll only recognize you by your threads, and if you continue to change your shirt and accessories, you can go back for more -- three times total (so choose wisely!).

Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: The Harvest Series
At the end of every November, a Harvest Festival occurs in your town on Thanksgiving Day (November 27, 2008; November 26, 2009 etc.). On this day, Tortimer, the mayor, will appear by the fountain to offer you a fork and knife. Search the town for Franklin the Turkey, who hides behind trees and houses, and give him the fork and knife. He’ll reward you with a piece of the Harvest furniture set. You may repeat these steps for more furniture, beginning with a visit to Tortimer.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: The Spooky Series
Jack, a pumpkin-headed creature will appear in your town on Halloween (October 31, any year). Unfortunately, all of the animals in your village will be sporting the same orange squash helmet as Jack, so tracking him down for a treat can be tricky. Unlike the animals, Jack won't follow you when your near. Before you search for him, be sure to have some candy ready. Candy can be found in different ways; one place to find it is in eggs on Bunny Day (in March). When you talk to Jack, you may exchange candy for pieces of the Spooky furniture set. You may repeat these steps for more furniture as long as you have candy, so stock up!
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Region-Specific Holidays
You must travel to other players' towns via Wi-Fi to get certain items. Different versions of the game in different regions (North America, Japan and Europe) have different holidays and - consequently - different items. Talk to Tortimer for your gift on each holiday. It's time to make some pen pals!
Note: The North American Region holidays have been excluded from this list.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: The Egg Series and Bunny Day Money Making
Every spring, Bunny Day comes to your town (in 2009 it comes on April 12). On this day you'll find dig spots around town that you can use your shovel to unearth. Inside you'll find either candy or foil. You can take the foil to a large yellow rabbit that appears outside Town Hall and exchange it for Egg Series furniture. This furniture sells for quite a bit of Bells if you're not into its eggy style.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Fish Prices
Note: Prices are in Bells. Obviously.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Lucky Items
Looking to please the picky HRA? Placing lucky items in your house will add an extra 7777 in your total score!
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Fossil Prices
Those dig spots around your burg may turn up fossils. You can be a philanthropist and donate them to the museum, or sell them to Tom Nook for cold, hard Bells. Here are the prices you’ll get from old Nook:
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Changing Nook's Store
After Nook has upgraded his store to Nookington's, he'll occasionally ask you about it, about once a month. Your answers can cause him to revert the store to a previous model. Give the answers listed below for the desired store:
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Money Grows on Trees
First, you'll need a Golden Shovel. To get this, bury a spare shovel in the ground for a day and dig it up. With the Golden Shovel, you can bury money and it will grow into a tree. Shake this tree and moneybags will fall from it like fruit. You can bury an enormous amount of money by removing it from your wallet (up to 30,000 Bells) and it will triple on the tree. Be sure to take care of the sapling, watering it and placing it away from other objects. In four days or so, it will become a full tree.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Golden Slingshot Tips
The present balloons that you can shoot down with your slingshot come every time the clock reads "5" in the second minute digit during the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. (10:05, 10:15, 10:25 etc.). That means there's a total of 12 chances to hit a balloon every day.
The best vantage point is the northern side of you town. You can actually control the balloon with your running movement. You may not be able to spawn balloons if you haunt the northern area, so run up there when you see one. After hitting 8 balloons, one will randomly contain the Golden Slingshot, which fires 3 pellets.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Redd's Invites
If you are looking for Redd invites, choose "No" when animals randomly ask you, "Have you ever heard of Redd's shop in the city?"
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Valentine's Day Festivities
Send a letter reading "Will you be my Valentine" to a town animal and you'll receive a Chocolate Heart Candy Box item on Valentine's Day (February 14). Hot Chocolate is on tap at the Roost as well!
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Foreign Fruit
Send a letter to a town resident with your native fruit (or a coconut) attached and they may send you a letter with a different sort of fruit attached. This fruit is worth more than your native fruit (500 Bells). Here are the many types of fruit: Apples, Oranges, Peaches, Cherries, Pears and Coconuts.
Make sure to plant your new fruit in a clear area and don't trample it! Note: Coconuts need to be planted in the green at the edge of the ocean.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Quick Tree Search
Shaking trees takes way too much time -- but if you have an axe, you only need to hit the tree once to make its contents fall. Don't give it more than this love tap or you'll chop it down!
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: KK Slider Music Requests
Every Saturday evening, from 8:00 - 12:00, KK Slider comes to the Museum's coffee shop. You may request the following songs from him and he'll give them to you take home and play on your device of choice. Note: Each song name must be spelled out correctly, with the appropriate symbols.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Brewster's Gyroid Storage
If you have a gyroid with you and you go to the museum cafe (downstairs), talk to Brewster. He'll offer to store your gyroid and any additional ones you bring him (excluding duplicates).
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Midsummer's Day
Check in with Tortimer on Midsummer's Day, June 21, to get an Espresso Maker.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: 4th of July Present
Visit your town on the 4th of July with a Wii Connect 24 connection for a free Hotdog Hat from Nintendo (via mail).
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: No Forgeries
(Unconfirmed) After purchasing a painting from Redd's, don't run straight to your Museum. Take it directly to Tom Nook. Ask to sell it then refuse his offer. After that take it to the Museum and give it Blathers. It will be an original and not fake.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: No Bee Stings
(Unconfirmed) To keep your self safe from bees, try opening your gate to visitors. You should be able to shake all your trees without any bees coming out to sting you.
Animal Crossing: City Folk Hint: Trick Jingles
Unverified
On Christmas Eve Jingles comes to town and I haveheard on your boards and site that players may only trick him 3 times. I been able to trick him fourteen (14) times.
The trick is to get as many of these thingsas possible prior to when he gets there:
Make sure never to have the same thing onwhen you go and find him. The items you use must be all new (never used before) items. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: The Egg Series and Bunny Day Money Making
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Unlockable: Town Fund Rewards
If you donate money to the town fund, you'll get the following rewards:
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Unlockable: Flag Pole
Once you pay off your final mortgage, you get a flag pole in front of your house like the one near the gate.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Furniture For Free
If you've got some stuff you don't want, like ugly furniture or shirts, you can attach it to a letter and send the letter to another resident of your town. Town residents will almost always respond with a letter of their own and a different item attached.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Changing Shoe Color
In order to change the color of your shoes, visit Kicks in the City. Ask him to shine your shoes. Depending on the color of your character’s hair (which can be changed by using Shampoodle), your shoes will be colored identically.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Donation Prizes
Below are some of the prizes you receive for making certain town donations:
Additions from egonny.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Whisp's Lamp
On Monday nights, head to the southeast corner of your town. A voice will talk to you when you arrive. Follow its directions until you find the source of the voice, which is a ghost named Whisp. He tells you that he lost his lamp and needs you to find it (for a pretty reward, of course!) You should then meet him in the attic of your house once the lamp is found. For doing this for him, he’ll grant you one wish. You can ask him to clear your town of weeds, clear your town of cockroaches, or give you a randomized item.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Tom Nook Points
When you spend money in Tom Nook’s store, you earn a point for every 100 Bells you spend. Purchase the items listed below from Tom Nook for the corresponding amount of points earned.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Bank Deposit Prizes
Deposit the amounts of money listed below into the in-game bank to unlock the corresponding feature.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: DS-to-Wii Transfers
If you want to unlock all of your old items and goods from the DS title Animal Crossing: Wild World, transfer your save file from your DS to your Wii. When you do, all of the items you had in the DS game will be available for sale via Tom Nook's catalog.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: House Expansions
Below is a list of cost for expanding the size of your house for each addition.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Late Summer Fishing
For massive amounts of money, consider going fishing in late July or early August around 7 at night. You'll find some of the most expensive fish on those days at that specific time. They are listed below, along with their value.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Change Your Face For Free
If you want to change the face of your Mii-based character in Animal Crossing, consider changing your face on the dedicated Mii Channel outside of the game. If you do it in-game, you'll needlessly waste 3,000 Bells that you could otherwise spend on something else.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Winter Fishing
The fish listed below are some great catches to go for during the winter months for massive amounts of Bells.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Region-Specific Holiday Items
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Jingle Series
Between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. each Christmas Eve (that's December 24th for you Festivus followers) a reindeer named Jingle will appear in your town. You can get the Jingle Series items from him. He'll only recognize you by your threads, and if you continue to change your shirt and accessories, you can go back for more -- three times total (so choose wisely!).

Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: The Reset Surveillance Room and the Silver Shovel
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Harvest Series
At the end of every November, a Harvest Festival occurs in your town on Thanksgiving Day (November 27, 2008; November 26, 2009 etc.). On this day, Tortimer, the mayor, will appear by the fountain to offer you a fork and knife. Search the town for Franklin the Turkey, who hides behind trees and houses, and give him the fork and knife. He’ll reward you with a piece of the Harvest furniture set. You may repeat these steps for more furniture, beginning with a visit to Tortimer.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Spooky Series
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Fish Prices
Note: Prices are in Bells. Obviously.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Diversify Your Fruit Options
Want to turn your town into a virtual Fruitopia without trading with people over Wi-Fi? Simply take your town's native fruit and send it in a letter to a resident. Make sure to mention "Fruit" in your message. It may take a few tries - this isn't an exact scince. Your fellow residents are rather daft and may send you your same fruit back, or furniture. But keep it up! Soon enough your town will be filled with Apples, Oranges, Pears, Peaches and Cherries. Non-native fruit is worth more too! Oh, and if you want Coconut trees, find a coconut washed up on shore and be sure to plant it in near the ocean, right on the coast.

Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Lucky Items
Looking to please the picky HRA? Placing lucky items in your house will add an extra 7777 in your total score!
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Fossil Prices
Those dig spots around your burg may turn up fossils. You can be a philanthropist and donate them to the museum, or sell them to Tom Nook for cold, hard Bells. Here are the prices you’ll get from old Nook:
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Changing Nook's Store
After Nook has upgraded his store to Nookington's, he'll occasionally ask you about it, about once a month. Your answers can cause him to revert the store to a previous model. Give the answers listed below for the desired store:
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Money Rock
Just like in previous Animal Crossing games, there will be a random rock in your town each day that, when found, will give you increasing amounts of Bells. The more you hit it with your equipped shovel, the more Bells you will get. If you want to hit the rock more and more, try digging holes on either side of the rock, as well as one behind you, leaving you trapped between the rock and a uhh ... hole place. This makes it so you don't recoil after hitting the rock, allowing you to button mash the thing until you are swimming in bells.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Money Grows on Trees
First, you'll need a Golden Shovel. To get this, bury a spare shovel in the ground for a day and dig it up. With the Golden Shovel, you can bury money and it will grow into a tree. Shake this tree and moneybags will fall from it like fruit. You can bury an enormous amount of money by removing it from your wallet (up to 30,000 Bells) and it will triple on the tree. Be sure to take care of the sapling, watering it and placing it away from other objects. In four days or so, it will become a full tree.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Golden Slingshot Tips
The present balloons that you can shoot down with your slingshot come every time the clock reads "5" in the second minute digit during the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. (10:05, 10:15, 10:25 etc.). That means there's a total of 12 chances to hit a balloon every day.
The best vantage point is the northern side of you town. You can actually control the balloon with your running movement. You may not be able to spawn balloons if you haunt the northern area, so run up there when you see one. After hitting 8 balloons, one will randomly contain the Golden Slingshot, which fires 3 pellets.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Valentine's Day Festivities
Send a letter reading "Will you be my Valentine" to a town animal and you'll receive a Chocolate Heart Candy Box item on Valentine's Day (February 14). Hot Chocolate is on tap at the Roost as well!
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint Redd's Invites
If you are looking for Redd invites, choose "No" when animals randomly ask you, "Have you ever heard of Redd's shop in the city?"
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Foreign Fruit
Send a letter to a town resident with your native fruit (or a coconut) attached and they may send you a letter with a different sort of fruit attached. This fruit is worth more than your native fruit (500 Bells). Here are the many types of fruit: Apples, Oranges, Peaches, Cherries, Pears and Coconuts.
Make sure to plant your new fruit in a clear area and don't trample it! Note: Coconuts need to be planted in the green at the edge of the ocean.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: KK Slider Music Requests
Every Saturday evening, from 8:00 - 12:00, KK Slider comes to the Museum's coffee shop. You may request the following songs from him and he'll give them to you take home and play on your device of choice. Note: Each song name must be spelled out correctly, with the appropriate symbols.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Quick Tree Search
Shaking trees takes way too much time -- but if you have an axe, you only need to hit the tree once to make its contents fall. Don't give it more than this love tap or you'll chop it down!
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Brewster's Gyroid Storage
If you have a gyroid with you and you go to the museum cafe (downstairs), talk to Brewster. He'll offer to store your gyroid and any additional ones you bring him (excluding duplicates).
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: Midsummer's Day
Check in with Tortimer on Midsummer's Day, June 21, to get an Espresso Maker.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: 4th of July Present
Visit your town on the 4th of July with a Wii Connect 24 connection for a free Hotdog Hat from Nintendo (via mail).
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: No Forgeries
(Unconfirmed) After purchasing a painting from Redd's, don't run straight to your Museum. Take it directly to Tom Nook. Ask to sell it then refuse his offer. After that take it to the Museum and give it Blathers. It will be an original and not fake.
Animal Crossing: City Folk & Wii Speak Bundle Hint: No Bee Stings
(Unconfirmed) To keep your self safe from bees, try opening your gate to visitors. You should be able to shake all your trees without any bees coming out to sting you.

Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse Hint: Dracula Tips
Before you fight Dracula, make sure Trevor has an axe and a LONG whip. When you fight Drac, have Trevor back up a few spaces to get some room toattack Dracula. Walk near the flame next to Drac, jump and whip him twice, then watch his hands. When his raises his hand RUSH RIGHT to dodge theflame. Repeat until Dracula's first fake Drac is dead. If Drac forces youto attack in a tight corner when Drac's energy is low, just jump and whiphim repeatedly until he's dead.
Once the second fake Dracula arises, whip the lower two faces repeatedly untilthey're killed. Then go for the middle and the last two heads. Once this fake is dead prepare to meet the REAL Dracula and run to the fourth brickon the right.
On this brick dodge the shot Drac fires at you(NEVER jump over them! Just rush to the right, then back to the fourth brick. If at anytimethere's a platform above you wait for it go by and just dodge another shot from Drac.) When you have a free shot, jump up and aim Trevor's axe at thehead Of Dracula. Repeat until he's dead for good! Then get ready for theSECOND Quest!

Watch the "Next Block" preview box. When you see that the magic jewel block is next, get ready to quickly move it on top of your prepared stack.
